Our Mission:

We, Brown Girls Love STEM, hope to provide young women of all racial and ethnic backgrounds with resources to succeed in different Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields. STEM fields are some of the most important fields of work, providing us with the technologies and advancements we enjoy in the 21st century. Women have traditionally been underrepresented in these fields, partly due to lack of resources provided to encourage higher success rates. Our focus is not only to encourage not only minority women, but all women to pursue knowledge and careers in these fields.
